The Catamount is excited to feature Unti Vineyards of Dry Creek Valley in our first Winemaker Dinner of 2018.
 “Locally Raised” Mick Unti will be in house to guide you through the delicious pairings on this 4-course dinner.
Treat your palate to these excellent California made Italian varietals that go well with every season of the year.

Fontina fonduta & basil breadcrumbs Pairing: Montepulciano 2015

Herb & Sea-Salt Roasted Leg of Lamb
 Yukon potato and new olive oil puree & stone fruit demi-glace
 Pairing: Syrah 2015
